  • • Responsible for driving go-to-market launch strategies by owning value proposition, messaging, positioning, audience strategy, and PR strategies

    • Responsible for increasing revenue and product adoption, regularly monitoring and reporting on key success metrics

    • Determine appropriate channels or tactics for product launches, depending on size and importance of launch, as well as impact on customer experience

    • Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams

    • Utilize existing customer data to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape

    • Developed, and managed monthly product newsletters driving consistent adoption of new products, perks, or features

  • • Managed Social channels, working in tandem with the design and brand team to develop and produce content

    • Developed Social calendar and scheduled all published content

    • Responsible for brand marketing and product marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

  • • Worked with Customer Success teams to determine who our happy customers were

    • Reached out to clients directly to conduct interviews

    • Developed content for case studies and testimonials, including outlining important success metrics, understanding the customer’s buyer journey, and crafting messaging to resonate with similar prospects

    • Worked with copywriting, brand, and design teams to create website pages and one-pagers

  • • Direct liaison between the Growth Team and Product teams, assigned directly to Product Managers to help facilitate any communication or requirements for product launches

    • Work closely with designers, copywriting and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns

    • Work directly with the Enablement team to increase traffic to help centre articles, significantly reducing support team workload

I first joined Deel as a Marketing Manager in 2021. As with any startup, I wore a number of hats: from managing our social channels to creating case studies, and product marketing to project management. As the first Marketing hire, I’ve been a part of building scalable processes and working to increase adoption across a multitude of product areas. I’ve had the opportunity to launch exciting products that have shifted how companies hire globally, and work closely with the team during our Series C and Series D fundraising. I’ve conducted market research and competitor analyses, and utilized customer data and insight, to create effective go-to-market campaigns with messaging designed to resonate.
